RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Cruz Language Academy has a 48 hr. Reschedule Policy for private Spanish lessons applicable to both students and teachers.

  • Students and teachers must give each other a minimum of 48 hr. notice via email, text or phone call with the intention of rescheduling a class.

  • The upcoming session will be rescheduled to match the teacher’s and student’s availability within the same calendar month when possible.

  • When a session cannot be rescheduled within the same calendar month, it will be added (not rolled over) as an extra session during the following month.

  • The student’s intention to reschedule less than 48 hr. prior to a session will result in full class charge using his prepaid funds.

  •  Student’s lateness of 10, 15, or 30min. are not refundable nor transferrable.

  • After 30min. of the teacher’s wait time for the student, the teacher will close Zoom and consider the session a NO SHOW.

  •  Student’s NO SHOW will result in a full class charge using the student’s prepaid funds since the teacher already prepared the lesson and couldn’t use this time slot with another student.

  • We understand that sometimes a sudden illness or an emergency situation may arise from students and teachers and an advanced notice is not possible. In this instance, student and teacher will inform each other as soon as possible and work amicable to reschedule the session.

  • Students’ recurrence of emergency situations will be considered abuse of the service, resulting in a full class charge and consideration for class dismissal.

Cruz Language Academy reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change our Reschedule Policy at any time. If you continue using our Services it means that you comply with this policy and accept any future changes.
